Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide inputs in the development of annual plan of action for business development which aligned with WBC’s business plan.
  • Prepare SMART project proposals of design, pilot test, and roll-out of initiated/ refined financial and non-financial products/ services, delivery mechanism, and market studies/ researches.
  • Identify initiative concept for future innovation of non-credit product implementation.
  • Implement the assigned plan of actions of business development department.
  • Lead in product pilot-test, roll-out for both new product development and existing product refinement.
  • Develop non-credit manual, process and procedure, guideline, instruction of new product development and product refinement.
  • Continuously update related guideline of product/service, savings processes and procedures in order to ensure effective and smooth business operations.
  • Analyze performance trend of the Bank/MFIs/MDIs industry and the offered products/services
  • Review existing product/service strategies and their delivery mechanism, in consultation with operations team and other relevant stakeholders, to ensure the meet of current client’s needs and demands.
  • Develop business requirement and test case for enhancement of project and act a key tester for both SIT and UAT.
  • Support strongly to all provincial branch offices to ensure the right track and corrective manner for implementation of policies, processes and procedures.
  • Being a key trainer for Operations Division to provide related training topics to Operations Team, especially all released savings policies, process, and instruction/guidelines.
  • Work closely with other departments, and regional/branch offices to create institutional infrastructure support to ensure readiness before starting each business/project implementation in any stage (design, pilot-test and roll-out).
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by BDM and HBD.

Requirement Competencies

  • University degree in economics, management, marketing, finance or business administration.
  • Good understanding on MFI/Banking’s product and services, especially non-credit product development.
  • Strong numeric, analytical, and supervisory skills, strong team-orientation, and be capable to systematically and critically think on things need to be done.
  • Ability to work independently, self-managed, and proactively as a member of a small, busy team.
  • Have excellent computer knowledge – Microsoft Office, Visio, Advance Excel.
  • Good understanding, speaking in English especially writing skill.
  • Willingness to work under pressure and excellent in managing multi-projects within tied deadline.
