Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze current workflows and identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in operational processes.
- Design, document, and implement improved processes using standard frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline merchant, customer, or internal team journeys.
- Work with Product, Tech, or IT teams to scope and support implementation of system tools or process automation.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new features or tools before rollout.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements based on operational needs.
- Use data analysis (basic SQL, Excel, dashboards) to identify performance bottlenecks or recurring issues.
- Prepare reports or insights to support decision-making by Operations or Leadership teams.
- Serve as a bridge between operations, product, tech, and business teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Train internal teams on updated processes, tools, and SOPs.
Requirement Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, process design, or system implementation.
- Strong understanding of process mapping tools and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with workflow or project management platforms
- Proficient in Excel familiarity with or tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
