Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop policy related to loan review.
  • Develop yearly & monthly plan for conducting branch visit on loan review.
  • Staff management plan for department.
  • Develop KPIs and define related tasks.
  • Carrying out organize of Loan Review to ensure that new loan document is properly completed & filled.
  • Conducting more regularly check on loan review officer for verification of accuracy and completeness of loan documentation.
  • Provide technical support & feedback to loan review officer.
  • Instruct senior loan review officer on how to check violation to level of authority.
  • Ensure that loan review officer Assesses individual loan whether violate to level of authority.
  • Ensure that the Officers, in charge for Loan Review have review all loan document and verify business information, client’s collateral and detail in supporting document.
  • To ensure the accuracy of client’s information and clients’ identification document comply with WBC Policy and regulation.
  • Monitor senior officer, loan review in conducting regular check.
  • Monitor assistant manager, loan recovery task in managing their subordinate and provide leadership support to loan review officer and assistant manager loan review in providing the recommendation to BO for improvement.
  • Come up with recommendation to Loan Review Officer to enhance internal control of their roles.
  • Provides guidance and input on highly complex, high value review.
  • Prepare responsive support to follow Up with Loan Review Officer and Assistant Manager about the status of Loan Review finding implementation and recommendation be implemented.
  • Provide responsive leadership on mentoring/coaching to build the staff capacity through meeting or training.
  • Supply practical feedback to staff to improve skill to be able to perform in an excellent manner.
  • Meet Concern staff for Mentoring (Collect what is excellent work and what to be improve).
  • Join with BD team for clarification of policy/procedure to ensure senior loan review officer’s understanding is the same way.
  • Review and provide feedback to report of Loan Review Officer and ensure the recommendation is workable.
  • Observe management/leadership culture of the branch management during field visit.
  • Coordinate to arrange Loan Review Officer team meeting as regular meeting and ensure minute is prepared within deadline.

Requirement Competencies

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Three (3) plus in a credit management function.
  • Knowledge of financial statements and cash flow analysis, industry/market credit research.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Must have excellent negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Must have excellent computer skills (i.e. MS Office).
  • Must be fluent (both written and spoken) in the local language, ideally with some level of English.
  • Must have good training skills – ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner as well as.
  • Ability to work under pressure, highly self-motivated and traveling to province.
  • Demonstrate high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
