Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist line manager to manage the assigned tasks to ensure the assigned tasks will be done following the timeline.
- Participate in digital product testing to ensure that all functionalities are working following business requirement.
- Coordinate and facilitate with related team to solve the encountered issues of internet banking products.
- Conduct competitor survey about their digital product.
- Well understanding and initiate the attractive concept of internet banking UIUX.
- Support digital-related projects as per assigned by the manager.
- Monitoring daily performance of mobile banking operations or other digital products to ensure the smoothness of business channels.
- Prepare reports for line manager.
- Degree in Banking or related fields
- Good Computer literacy, especially in Ms. Office
- Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English
- Have knowledge/understand digital banking area especially digital product (Mobile app, Internet Banking, Card, ATM).
- Have ability to work independently, self-managed, and proactively as a member of a small, busy team
- Have high integrity, honesty, and commitment and be able to work under pressure with high tolerance
