Duties & Responsibilities
- Control the cash balancing within ATM/CRM and review all ATM standard limited.
- Perform ATM/CRM reconciliation for ATM/CRM at off-site branch in Phnom Penh.
- Resolve all related issues of branch operations and self-service banking machine.
- Support team for a new product/service tester of self-service banking (BRD and Test case).
- Perform as verifier and authorizer for data entry into the core banking system.
- Control on cash management for ATMs and CRM cash collection for machines located at off-site branch in Phnom Penh to maintain smooth and timely operation to customers.
- Managing Cash balance at Head Office to support branch operation ATM and CRM at off-site branch in Phnom Penh.
- Authorize transaction in system to comply to the internal policy.
- Immediately report to line manager for any suspicious transactions.
- Escalate any issues which need more attention from line manager.
- Provide honest and constructive feedbacks to line manager for better improvement on level of our customer service, processes, procedures, staff’s behavior and public image of the branch to achieve the Branch sales, referral, incomes and expenses target.
- Take initiative to prepare own and team’s career development plan subjected to be discussed with line manager.
- Handle tasks assigned by the manager.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance and Banking, Accounting or any related fields.
- Minimum two years of working experiences in cash operations function.
- Sound understanding and hand-on experiences of cash management policies, procedures, and techniques.
- Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English and/or other languages.
- Strong dedication to details and accuracy.
- Good interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
