Duties & Responsibilities
- To manages computer operations, basic networking, user helpdesk, and user computer training.
- To manages HSM, ATM and Emboss Machine
- To assists team members in Technical Support activities for the system.
- To collect all the feedback from the end user on all the systems deployed in the company environment and circulate to all the related parties.
- To assist in all the task which assigned by the line manager and/or head of IT Infrastructure
- To maintenance and troubleshooting handled IT device
- To compiles, maintains, and reviews all reports in help desk and log report in weekly basis
- To install, setup software and hardware for computer, printer and scanner
- To setup, deployment antivirus program (Kaspersky) to user computer
- To update IT assets information in system
- To conduct and report daily maintenance check (Daily Maintenance Check List, Prepare Machine Check List)
- To monitor network connectivity for branch office and assist with internal team or vendor to resolve of any interruption or incident with end user
- To monitor the system including workstation, Office Equipment, ATM and provide preventative reports on any suspicious finding
- To produce monthly reports for management that relate to computer use, priorities, and downtime
- To build and maintain relationship with staff, manager and other stakeholders
- To be able to communicate complex technical details in clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical staff.
- To perform other tasks assign by supervisor.
Requirement Competencies
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer science.
- 2-year experiences in IT support position or Network Engineer position.
- Good communication.
