Duties & Responsibilities

  • To support ATM/CRM new function implementation.
  • To support team on roll out the ATM & CRM to production.
  • To support or supervisor on ATM & CRM deployment following management schedule.
  • To review the daily monitoring of the ATM operation to ensure it will operate well without issue.
  • To perform with relevant stakeholders to support to solve the problem related to the ATM/CRM operation.
  • To work and support team to implementation on bank’s product related to self-service terminal.
  • To work with vendor and switching team to develop or implementing on ATM CRM functional base on Flow designed.
  • To Support on ATM/CRM rollout plan base on branch office and nationwide.
  • To provide support on investigations and resolution of issues relating to digital products/services.
  • To work closely with the Compliance, Risk and Strategy & Planning team to roll out new projects/procedures.

Requirement Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance and Banking or related fields.
  • Fluent using English written and verbal.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ATM/CRM management system or other similar experience.
  • Good knowledge of ATM/CRM function and well monitoring issue, and other part related.
  • Be proactive and good teamwork and customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
