Duties & Responsibilities

  • To corporate with strategic insurance partners including life insurance, general insurance and micro-insurance who operating in Cambodia.
  • To manage and improve BANCASSURANCE Business to ensure its performance well align with the company strategy.
  • To lead of facilitate the registration with regulators.
  • To facilitate the preparation of the marketing strategy, promotional campaign, marketing activities, message communication to market to ensure the mislead communication
  • To coordinate with external and internal departments for key area initiatives from the Bancassurance business
  • Oversee and analyze weekly and monthly reports from branch sales and Insurance Partners to give the improving points.
  • To lead on branch visit to understand the real problem and find out the solution to make the BANCASSURANCE business more efficient and competitive in the market.
  • To assist with steering committees, regional integration meetings, and weekly work streams with Insurance Partners as well as developing steering committee, sales review, and presentation material
  • To work closely with the Training department and Insurance team to conduct training and refreshment on insurance processes, products, and other campaigns.
  • To support, facilitate between branch, insurer on claim request, customer complaint, provide suitable solution for customers.
  • Initiate and refine business requirement including process flow, procedure, guideline, system testing, and other documents.
  • Perform other task as assigned by management.

Requirement Competencies

  • BA degree or above in Economics, Management, Finance & Banking, Accounting, Marketing, or other related fields.
  • At least 2 year work experiences in Experience in the management of BANCASSURANCE or in Business/Sale Management of more than 3 years.
  • Strong numeric, analytical, and supervisory skills, strong team-orientation, and be capable to systematically and critically thinking on things need to be done.
  • Ability to work independently, self-managed, and proactively as a member of a small, busy team.
  • Possess honesty, initiative, flexibility, commitment, and good communication and inter-personal skills, and relationship building.
  • Have excellent computer knowledge – Microsoft Office, Visio, Advance Excel.
  • Good understanding, speaking in English especially writing skill.
  • Strategy planning and execution and insurance product knowledge.
  • Keen sense of awareness of industry and market trends BANCASSURANCE business as well as competition.
