Duties & Responsibilities

  • To assist supervisor to create new products in core banking system to support business need.
  • To analyze & troubleshoot issue and respond to incident request.
  • To work with team support for testing & troubleshooting issue.
  • To develop new fixing, if required such as routine, version, enquiry, deal slip format.
  • To work with team/supervisor to develop new requirement in core banking system.
  • Monitor & checking T24 user, account officer & settlement.
  • To create/update/terminate T24 user and create/update account officer (DAO) profile.
  • Keep troubleshooting & analyzing for issue on other feature in core banking such as FT, TT, DC, AZ, LD, PD etc.
  • To log new issue in service desk.
  • To follow up user testing and documentation.
  • To Check & support as quarterly for user access right matrix.
  • To handle work with night staff to complete daily and monthly task.
  • To keep processing existing & new task for weekly & monthly.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirement Competencies

  • Bachelor degree in computer science or in related field.
  • Experience in developing routine, deal slip or products in core banking system.
  • Shall have knowledge in object oriented concepts, design patterns, and application development.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Shall have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize and quickly evaluate the nature of the problem and to provide a solution rapidly and accurately is essential.
  • Problems encountered may require the ability to work as part of a team to find resolution. Solutions may involve the arranging of tasks to be done or conducting negotiations until satisfaction is provided.
