Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for helpdesk support seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or verbal
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by helpdesk support
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel or technical personal
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Be able to identify what is required before each task can be begun or completed.
- Prioritize issues raised and resolve it accordingly.
- On-time general troubleshooting on databases and applications
- Work closely with support team and development team to solve problem related to systems
- Well understand our credit system on loan, savings, reporting and nature of our business and process
- Follow-up and update system status and information
- Well understand in data interchange technology such as XML and JSON;
- Knowledge in database design and development such as SQL Server/Oracle, and SQLite;
- Prior in banking and finance such as loan, savings and accounting;
- Support various applications and platforms;
- Support the roll-out of new applications;
