- Assist Line Manager in developing training methodologies and ensure that all training delivery are quality.
- Conduct Facilitation Skill to all Pool of Trainers both HO and Branches..
- Support L&D Operation Team in coordinating training/workshop arrangement and training.
- Coordinate with concerned department and external stakeholders to support in training delivery to internal staff.
- Lead and arrangement of new staff orientation program.
- Deliver all training related to Credit products to relevant staff based on timeline.
- Facilitate staff to attend external local and overseas training/workshop.
- Assist in design and reviewing training materials and deliver training to internal staff as per annual Plan of Action (POA).
- Lead, coordinate and deliver training to NSO Operation Course for Credit Officers.
- Deliver training iPad session related topics to internal staff.
- Joining UAT Test with other projects related to Credit Products.
- Coordinate/facilitate relevant training courses via E-learning/Virtual based on POA.
- Other assignments are assigned by Managers.

Requirement Competencies
- Bachelor Degree graduate.
- At least 2 years- experience in banking/MFI sector.
- Previous experience as DBM/BM or related positions.
- Experience using iPad related Loan Application/Collection App and understanding strongly on Credit Products in banking sector….
- Good knowledge of MS. Office, especially excel (Advanced level is a plus).
- Experience in coordination and facilitation work.
- Able to work under minor supervision.
- Able to handle multi-assignment at the same time.
- Able to perform well in teamwork.
- Good administration skills (recording and filing).
- Good monitoring and follow-up skills.
- Good communication skills and good problem solving skills.
