- Prepare test data for UAT team (projects), Techlab (Security Assessment-IT Sec), Bug Fixing.
- Prepare/update material training for provide to user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Be adviser to UAT testers about their test cases missing or correction.
- Check and follow up to developer team about ticket pending as weekly based.
- Be responsible on preparing communication to field staff- BMs, DBMs, CSO, COs, CAOs, & SOs, underwriter team… about new version release of our app after updated.
- Be provide small/short instruction or temporary solution related to system error or any product changed is applied to production for all users (Tellers, Senior Tellers, BMs, DBMs…..etc).
- Be resource meeting with all project team.
- Be doer on loan write-off to T24 system.
- Play role as Tester on Fix bug and play role as Tester on Restoration Test with Core-Banking team.
- Send communication to CSOs/COs, BM and OM, HU team about new release version of VPS-LA & LC app & Tab Banking.
- Send pending incident report to CIO with copy Senior Manager, MIS as weekly based.
- Build self-capacity through on-going learning and development.
- Ensure on time implementation of PDM performance development, coaching and annual appraisal with manager.
- Build and maintain relationship with staff, manager and other stakeholders.
Requirement Competencies
- Bachelor degree in accounting field or other equivalent fields.
- At least 3 years’ experience with core banking system (CBS-T24), TX system and accounting system.
- Skills on using computer programs (Word, Excel, Power-point).
- Skill on accounting in MFI and skill on business process.
- Strong skill on interest calculation for Loan & Savings.
- Strong skill on designing business process management flow.
- Strong skill on designing test case and test data.
- Strong skill on training-Design material & trainer.
- Skill on analyze and quickly evaluating the natural of systems-Core-banking, In-house and end user’s behavior used.
- Good understanding, speaking and writing in English language are preferable.
