  • Prepare clear plan of action to the team and project stakeholder.
  • Involve with IT business analysis team and vendor to analyst system requirement and to provide system analysis, impact analysis and proposed solution to requester.
  • Implement/maintain e-banking system such as internet banking, swift and other payment system.
  • Implement and update security on internet banking system and other e-banking system.
  • Analyze & troubleshoot production issues.
  • Project planning and task management.
  • Provide timely system support to the end users in regard to card system inquiries/issues to ensure smooth card operations.
  • Prepare/manage SIT, UAT and Pre-production activities with vendor and project stakeholder.
  • Take ownership of the team performance, load and develop staff under supervision.
  • Ad-hoc KPI as assigned by direct manager.

Requirement Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in e-banking system such as internet banking, or relevant experiences.
  • Strong in research skill.
  • Basic understanding of API integration.
  • Basic knowledge of database such as MS SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL.
  • Well understanding on internet banking system such as Temenos Infinty, Flexcube direct banking, or relevant system.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of software security.
  • Strong verbal & interpersonal skills.
