  • Assistant L&D management in the development of comprehensive staff capacity building strategy.
  • Assist training Management to initiate quarterly meeting with respective departments, audit, risk, and operations to identify current field operational problems and challenges, and formulate training interventions to help solving those problems.
  • Ensure that all trainings are delivered according to plan with good monitoring on the implementation of POA.
  • Ensure the professionalism and quality of New Staff Orientation (NSO) program effectively managed.
  • Ensure that trainer pools (HO and Branch) are selected and trained.
  • Build capacity of BM HIPO for management position.
  • Facilitate and deliver key commercial bank training sessions such as T24 system related courses, Non-Credit & Digital Products, Customer Service, Selling Skills and other commercial bank products etc.
  • Ensure that all trainings data, reports, are produced, updated, and document safely.
  • Demonstrate good modeling to subordinates.

Requirement Competencies

  • Bachelor degree in the area of education, or business administrations.
  • At least 4-year relevant working experiences in learning and development and at least 2 years experiences in supervisory level.
  • Experience in banking related to non-credit & digital products training/delivery.
  • Strong facilitations, communications, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to travel to province often.
  • Able to travel at weekend or holidays.
  • Be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  • Be proficient in speak and write English well.
