Senior Officer, Software Quality Assurance

• Join the meeting in the stage of the brief business requirement, with Business Analyst team, IT internal team and other business people.
• Proposed necessary change/advise to team (Business Analyst team, IT internal team or other business) in order to help fulfil the requirement.
• Prepare the project time line of quality assurance testing after get the final business requirement
• Prepare the internal test cases based on the business requirement, or new change request, or bug system.
• Work closely with IT development team or Other team (BD, Finance, Treasury team, Digital team,…) in order the result of testing is worked smoothly.
• Work closely with development team to follow up the bug fixing that finding the testing.

• Bachelor degree in field of IT, IT for Business or Finance and Banking or other equivalent fields.
• At least 2 years experience in software quality assurance testing (experience in unit testing and automation tool/scripting
• At least 2 years experiences and knowledge in supporting IT Application preferably in Financial Institution related to Core Banking application support functions especially in Temenos T24
• Knowledge & experience in process of deposit/saving and loan management
• Knowledge & experience in process of ATM/Card
• Experience in establishing test scenario to support rollout of new financial product or services in IT Systems
• Good understanding, speaking and writing in English language are preferable
