  • To onboard card alliance for offer discount/benefit to WBC’s cardholder.
  • To process for agreement signing internally and with alliance.
  • To work with Marketing team to promote the benefit offer through all available channel.
  • To track the performance of the benefit offered from alliance and propose for bettering the benefit.
  • To work with all related team such as marketing, branch operation, HR, IT support and ground staff to drive the result of each booth activation.
  • To control on the general activities of each booth activation, make sure all the crew members are working together to push the sale of card product and other related product.
  • To summary the booth activation result for management review and plan for the next booth activation.
  • To visit assign branches in order to provide training and refreshing on the card product which include product knowledge, promotions and key selling points.
  • To track the card business performance and promotion performance.
  • Regularly update the survey of competitor product feature, promotion and benefit.
  • Other tasks will be assigned by line manager.

Requirement Competencies

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance and Banking or related fields.
  • Able to use English for communication and reporting.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, marketing, banking or other similar experience.
  • Be proactive and good team work and customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Honestly, commitment and hard work.
