- Contribute selling and marketing strategies on Deposit and other non-credit products to support its growth.
- Supports the management of all activities for the growth of primarily deposits, sales and profitability, and superior customer service
- Supports the marketing and business development strategies, which emphasize new business, customer retention, effective pricing and the cross-selling of the bank’s suite of financial products and services
- Facilitates the development and enhancements of the bank’s suite of products
- Developed and maintains constructive relationships with financial community, corporate and individual clients to enhance performance and relationships
- Daily schedule to meet clients
- Reporting Daily, Weekly, Monthly
- Keep doing forward to upgrade communication and relationship skill for self-capacity development and team capacity development
- Other tasks assigned
Requirement Competencies
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Problem-solving attitude & Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Excellent communication skills & Customer-oriented mindset
- Good English language in both Speaking and Writing
- General level in using Computer, Email, Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Proven and successful experience as a Deposit Relationship Manager at least 3 years in other commercial bank or MDI
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of deposit relationship management (DRM) practices
