For Child
- Cambodian and foreigner whose age is between 10 to 17 years old
- Holding a valid required document such as Birth Certificate, or ID Card, or Passport.
For Parents/Guardian
- Cambodian and foreigner whose age is at least 18 years old holding valid identification documents such as valid ID Card, Passport and/or other documents to be required as a joint account holder.
- Shall have Relationship Document that can identify the relationship between the parent/guardian and the child such as Family book, or any documents from competence authority/court to confirm the legal parent/guardian of the child.
