Duties & Responsibilities

  • To develop loan and savings products in core banking system.
  • To analyze business requirement for new products development in core banking.
  • To propose and design system to support the change.
  • To work with direct manager to develop project timeline.
  • Work closely with relevant team to prepare new environment for development, QA & UAT team.
  • Troubleshot issue in core system and testing with relevant team.
  • Daily monitor service in core banking system.
  • To keep monitor issue & resolve in help desk system.
  • To provide ongoing support to close of business team.
  • To monitor the new change or update on T24 portal.
  • Work with IT Operations to analysis  resource both Hardware (H/W) and Software (S/W) requirement to support the growth of the business operation.
  • To perform other tasks that will be assigned by line manager.

Requirement Competencies

  • Experience in T24 in core banking system.
  • Experience in developing routine, deal slip, version in core banking system.
  • Experience in developing loan or savings products in core banking system.
  • Shall some knowledge of Finance and Accounting for banking sector.
  • Understanding of object oriented concepts, design patterns, and application frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Requires good analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have a Customer Service oriented mind-set with the ability to organize, prioritize and delegate tasks while transferring knowledge and expertise to empower clients and users.
  • Ability to work under pressure and highly self-motivated.
