Senior Manager, Middleware & API

• Lead MAPI Unit and arrange resource to support IT project.
• Ensure the MAPI Team is working together to solve overall issue in the unit.
• Development/Maintenance API Integration from both Internal & External Channel.
• Prepare clear plan of action to the team and project stockholder.
• Ensure that the architecture support the project’s business goals and is aligned with the rest of the organization’s technical architecture.
• Analyze and architect new system to support new business requirement.
• To define the software components (such as database schema, operating system, configuration, etc.) to support the project’s functionality.
• Analyze and troubleshoot the issues using various tools and techniques.
• Stay on top of latest trends and technologies.
• Oversea on Payment Transaction through NBC Bakong System.
• Oversee, improve and upgrade enterprise services, software and hardware.
• Work with IT Operation to analysis  resource both Hardware (H/W) and Software (S/W) requirement to support the growth of the business operation.
• Working with IT Development/Operation on Standard Payment development, Open Banking and BaaS Integration.
• Develop skill and knowledge in role and responsibility.
• Maintain the successor planning in MAPI Unit.
• Ad-hoc KPI as assigned by direct manager.

• 4+ years of experience in software development
• 4+ years of experience in Banking Industry
• Strong knowledge with Core Banking System such as T24, Oracle FlexCube…etc.
• Strong knowledge with API development (RESTful API, SOAP)
• Experience with API frameworks such Spring Boot or .NET Core
• Experience with API management
• Experience with Enterprise Service Bus platforms (IBM ACE, Fiorano, WSO2 and etc.)
• Understanding with message brokers such as RabbitMQ, AMQ, IBM MQ….
• Understanding of basic security protocols such as OAuth, JWT….
