• Develop both financial and operational reports as required by user;
• On-time general troubleshooting on databases and systems;
• On-time support for every requested by users;
• Backup and recovery all systems and databases; scheduling databases backup;
• Monitor and maintain the existing systems and databases to ensure they run smoothly;
• Well organized document to all database, report development and deployment procedure;
• Train users to use new or modification report or functionalities of a system;
• Conduct user acceptance test (UAT) process for new report development, customization and upgrading;
• Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends;
• Research new technology for report and database development;
• Build good relationship with stakeholder and relevant team;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Bachelor degree in computer science or in related field;
• At least 2 year of experience in report development;
• Knowledge in programing language such as (Understand on data interchange technology such as XML and JSON );
• Knowledge in using report development tools such as report;
• SQL Reporting service, Report Builder, Jasper Soft , Crystal Report;
• Knowledge in banking or finance is a plus;
• Good understand on core banking system such as loan and savings products;
• Good organizational and time management skills;
• Basically understand of information security;
• Strong interpersonal skills.
