Woori Bank (Cambodia) Plc. Terms and Conditions for Using “Tablet-Loan Collection (Tablet-LC) Service”

Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions before using the Tablet-Loan Collection (Tablet-LC App). If you do not understand, or are not sure about any aspect of these Terms and Conditions, please contact Woori Bank (Cambodia) Plc. (WBC).

By starting to first login and use the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. GLOSSARY

1.1.     “Eligible Staff”, “you”, “your” and “yours” mean the WBC’s staff who has the eligibility to use the Tablet-LC App.

1.2.     “Tablet-LC App” or “App” means the application through which the Loan Collection and Portfolio Management can be performed and which may be compatible with a mobile device and an operation system as determined by WBC.

1.3.     “User Account” is the user ID (user profile including username and password) which the Eligible Staff receives from the authorized person for using the Tablet-LC App.

1.4.     “Security Details” means any security measures including username and password set by the User and is required for every log in the App or for getting support from WBC‘s Call Center or MIS Support Team.

1.5.     “Woori Bank (Cambodia) Plc.“ “WBC”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Woori Bank (Cambodia) Plc.

2. USING THE TABLET-LC APP

2.1.     The Eligible Staff shall request for a username from the authorized person of WBC in order to be able to use the App. The Tablet-LC App can be used only on a mobile device running an operating system supported by us.

2.2.     You are required to enter your correct required information including username and password every time you want to use the App’s function.

2.3.     The App automatically sign out if you have not used it within the limit timeframe set as default and other kind of activities which automatically discard.

2.4.     You can use the Tablet-LC App to:

  • Perform loan collection transaction;
  • Perform customer relationship and follow-up activities;
  • Perform delinquent loan management activities;
  • Portfolio monitoring through various reports; and
  • Carry out other services that may be added by us from time to time.

2.5.     The scope, features and functionality of the App may vary from time to time. You agree and acknowledge that Woori Bank (Cambodia) Plc. has full right and entitle to change, alter or modify the App including its terms, at its own discretion, or may add new services or discontinue any of the existing Services without prior notice.

3. PROHIBITIONS

3.1.     You must not copy or reproduce all or any part of the Tablet-LC App.

3.2.     You must not modify or adapt all or any part of the Tablet-LC App.

3.3     You must not remove or tamper with any copyright notice attached to or contained within the Tablet-LC App. All ownership of the Tablet-LC App remains with WBC.

3.4.     You must not carry out reverse engineering of the Tablet-LC App.

3.5.     You must not use any Internet-based service to harm or impair anyone else’s use of the App, and must not use such service to try to gain unauthorized access to any Service, data or account by any means.

3.6     You must use App in strictly confidential and in compliance with WBC policy.

4. PASSWORD AND SECURITY

4.1.     You shall take all reasonable precautions to keep safe and prevent fraudulent use of your mobile device (on which the App is installed) and Security Details.

4.2.     You shall not leave your mobile device (on which the App is installed) unattended where someone else can use your device without your knowledge or let anyone else use your mobile device when you have logged onto the App or when in such a manner that he/she may access your account, whether with or without your consent.

4.3.     Private secured Password which is created by you follow the password creation rule set by WBC, you shall ensure to keep it as your confidential manner.

4.4.     You shall make sure to protect your Security Details.

4.5.     WBC shall revise and/or amend the security velocity limitation on the App without any priority notice.

 

5. FEE CHARGES

5.1.     There are currently no fees for accessing or using Tablet-LC App. All the information and materials provided on our app are free for the users.

6. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

6.1.     WBC may at any time, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your right of access to any of the Tablet-LC Service(s) without prior notice:

  • When we have concerns about the security of the App;
  • When we suspect that your App has been used fraudulently or in an unauthorized way;
  • When you are deemed in breach of these Terms and Conditions; or
  • When we are required to do so by law, court order, or relevant authorities;

6.2.     We will terminate your right of access to the Tablet-LC Service should you cease to maintain any eligible criteria with WBC or for any reason;

7. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

7.1.     WBC, at its sole discretion, may also make any other changes to these Terms and Conditions for any reason(s). We may provide notice of the changes to you in a reasonable manner by any means either in written or electronic communications (including e-mail, telephone, SMS, notification in the App, display on our website, display at our branches, posting on our Facebook page, or advertisement on media).

7.2.     After providing notice of the changes to you as noted above, you will be deemed to have received the notice. Any continued use of any of our App Service(s) after the notice, shall constitute your acceptance of and agreement to the change.

8. USER SUPPORT

If you need any further support on our Tablet-LC, or if your mobile device is lost or stolen or you believe or suspect that someone else knows your Security Details, or has used or tried to use your account through our App, you must inform or notify WBP immediately by contacting us via:
