Duties & Responsibilities

  • To prepare a plan of action covering responsibilities of this position and review team’s RR & KPI.
  • To prepare Annual Business Plan for department and assist to establish bylaws and/or instruction and initiate new idea to support the acquisition of new business.
  • To assist  monitor and recommend department’s annual budget.
  • To implement and assist to manage partnership programs, monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize effectiveness and achieve targets.
  • To support both HO and FO to take necessary actions to acquire new business partner and push performance of existing business partner.
  • To collect and Check data on ongoing basis in order to verify the achievement against performance indicator.
  • To support on address and map the business partner’s requirement & need in order to set the stage for enhancing shared goals, results and indicators.
  • To ensure that the team has fully accountable to follow their in-charge partner/clients fulfil the agreed tasks.
  • To assist to organize the meeting with internal team/stakeholder, present the progress report and address any concern to reinforce partnership’s importance.
  • To assist to keep and file comprehensive documentation of all partnership activities, agreements, and communications for legal compliance and reference.
  • In-depth knowledge of bank’s products and services with new initiative idea to keep promoting and giving the best solution to prospect partners including partner’s end user, staff etc.
  • To provide leadership & guidance as well as sharing the relevant knowhow to staff within the department.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with internal staff and stakeholders to ensure open and fluid communication.
  • To perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Requirement Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, business administration, marketing & communication, or any relevant field.
  • Adequate knowledge in Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Adequate knowledge in Interpersonal skill.
  • Creative and innovative to generate new ideas & initiatives for new business model.
  • Management and organizational skills to lead the team to achieve the goals.
  • Strategic, analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Good English language in both Speaking and Writing.
  • Good in relevant software, tools, and platforms such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Experienced in sales/communication & marketing, consumer/partner relation and customer service, business administration or related being field at least 2 years in financial sector.
